Sue Fox with pupils at Penrith’s Ullswater Community College sharing hints on how to write a book.

Sue Fox is happy to visit schools to discuss the story writing process from original ideas through to editing and proof-reading.  She has also a power point presentation to give about the two Malawian charities MOET and MACOBO supported by the sale of Joe and the Window and Joe and the Camera.

Irene Sanderson visits schools to discuss ‘being an artist’ and ‘designing books’, giving painting demonstrations that work with the children’s ideas.  She is self-employed and freelance.  Her work has been selected for the 2017  Contemporary Watercolour Competition at the Royal Watercolour Society. and at present is on show at the 17th Upfront Open at the Up Front Gallery, Hutton in the Forest.  On 21 February she will publish her first e-book Blossom, a translation from Japanese by her husband Don Sanderson.

‘Mrs Green’, who has in the past been a teaching assistant, can also come into schools to bring artefacts and books from her window displays.
